On behalf of myself, Elizabeth, and the staff, we want to say thank you for the ongoing support towards Crestview/Mulligan’s over the last two months.

Last week Governor Holcomb laid out his plans to re-open the economy.  His plan includes five stages, one of which we have already been operating under.  We will move to stage two on Monday, May 11th. First, the golf shop will allow individuals inside with a max of four people at one time while maintaining appropriate social distance. Shopping will be allowed, but please only touch/try on products if you are serious about purchasing.

Second, the golf cart rules and setup of the course will remain the same until we have more information from local/state governments. Tee times should be made on a daily basis – this allows us to properly space players out and have carts available to those who wish to use one.  At this time, no golf carts will be allowed on the executive course.

Third, bathrooms will be available at both the clubhouse and pavilion but should be limited to no more than two people at a time. Lastly, our most exciting news, Mulligan’s Clubhouse Grill will be allowing dine-in at 11 A.M. on Monday the 11th.

To properly follow the guidelines that have been put in place for restaurants to open, we will be operating at a 50% capacity throughout the day and will not allow any groups of six or more to sit at the same table, family members included. With that in mind, we have made some adjustments in the way we will operate moving forward until deemed unnecessary. We will be operating off a limited menu and we ask that your dine-in experience last no longer than 1.5 hours and that you call for reservations Thursday – Saturday Nights 4 P.M. – 8 P.M. As a service to our customers, we will also be using our pavilion as extra seating, following the same guidelines. The service schedule for the pavilion is listed below. There will be NO smoking under the pavilion, please smoke out in the lawn and dispose of your waste properly. This will be enforced by management.

There will be no seating or smoking on the patio until further notice. The patio will be set up for people to stand while waiting for a table/carry-out food. Mulligan’s will still offer curbside pick up.  Just pull forward into one of the designated parking spaces and call, this service will be available seven days a week 11 A.M. – 8 P.M.

Rest assured as a staff we will be taking the following precautions to protect our staff as well as our loyal customers. As a team, we will be wearing protective masks and gloves. We will be requiring employees to see management for a daily screening and any employee with symptoms will be required to stay home.  Proper and frequent hand washing will be required as well as the cleaning of frequently touched areas. We are asking for customers who might have been exposed or showing symptoms of the virus to stay home. Please understand these precautions, along with many more behind the scenes, are being done to follow proper guidelines and may change at any time without notice. As a staff, we will do our best but will need your help in following the proper protocols. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

To show my gratitude towards my staff, I am asking for your help. Crestview will donate $5.00 per round played between Friday, May 15th and Sunday, May 17th.   All I need is your support in playing that weekend.  The weather looks great, so let’s get out and play and help those who mow your greens, cook your food, serve you drinks, wash the carts, and check you in for your tee time.  As you’ve heard many times in the last couple of months, “We are all IN this together.”

Again, on behalf of myself, Elizabeth, and the staff, we cannot say thank you enough to those who have supported us through these unprecedented times. We hope that in the coming weeks, things become more clear and we as a society can move forward. We will continually update you as we move through the next stages through our social media and email and please consider following us on Facebook/Instagram if you are not already. Please remember if you have any questions or concerns, I am just a phone call or email away.

COVID 19 Guidelines for Golf

To our Members, Guests, Friends, and Family,

We at Crestview Golf Club would like to thank you for your support as we work with the ever-evolving situation. At this time, Crestview Golf Club remains opened while practicing all the CDC guidelines while practicing the most common safe practices established by the PGA. Please understand this is a honor to be open and could change at anytime. With the support and cooperation from our guests we hope to weather the storm and come out on top. Please remember the following keys to making your round at Crestview an enjoyable experience for everyone.

With spring upon us we will be adding rakes to the bunkers. We are recommending that you leave rakes on the ground and smooth out bunkers as best you can with your feet. Don’t worry if it’s not perfect. Many articles have been written that being in a wide-open, sunny outdoor space is a lower at-risk scenario, but we suggest that taking simple precautions should be part of you routine if you plan to play a round of golf.

Do not golf if you are sick. If you are feeling symptoms related to the virus, just hold off playing golf for now. We don’t want to put someone else at risk just to play golf. Get back to the game at a later date.

1st – We ask that all players make a tee time, players with tee times will be guaranteed golf carts if they wish to take one.

Tee Times are scheduled for every 15 minutes to allow for proper social distancing throughout the course. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tee time so your ready to go at your designated time. Tee Times will be available from 8a.m. – 7p.m. Last Tee Time for 18 Holes will be at 5:45p.m.

2nd – Golf carts are allowed with restrictions.

(1 rider per cart, unless you live in the same household). We are properly washing and sanitizing every cart after each use to reassure everyone we are taking the proper steps in providing a safe place. We are currently asking you to please return your carts to the designated area (orange cones/trash cans) by the driving range so we know where the dirty carts are.

3rd – When checking in, we ask for you to please follow the pink X’s marked the proper six feet away where you can stand

and wait for the customers ahead of you to check in. We asking for you to pay with credit card when possible. If you wish to pre-pay before your round feel free to give us a call and we can make that happen.

4th – At this time we are still unable to provide you with scorecards or pencils.

Please understand this is in the best practices of maintaining a safe environment.

5th – We ask that before or after your round there is to be NO Congregating.

Please respect the six foot protocol issued by the CDC and the NO Congregating issued by all local and state agencies. Crestview and all other local golf courses want to stay open but this is a hot topic with the local departments so we try our best to enforce as professionally as we can.

6th – The Driving Range will open the week of April 20th, we ask that all individuals wishing to practice follow the same guidelines as our golfers.

We also ask that you hit between the marked white lines on the turf, these lines will follow the proper social distancing guidelines. Parents with children please supervise at all times. When finished hitting balls we ask for you to please return those baskets to the designated marked area. All baskets will be sanitized properly before being put back into use. Range balls will be cleaned with proper cleaning agents as well as bleach. The range will be open daily from 8a.m. to 6p.m.

7th – The Executive Course is open for play but at this time with no cart availability.

It’s open for walking only until further notice. The FootGolf Course at this time will remain closed till restrictions are lifted.

8th – We ask that our golfers please not park in front of the restaurant entrance marked by orange cones.

This parking will be utilized for curbside pickups starting, Wednesday April 22nd. Those areas will be marked with orange cones and a banner.

9th – If you have any questions concerning the above mentioned guidelines please feel free to reach out to the golf staff and we will try and answer the best we can.

If you’re playing with friends and family, check that they’re feeling well.  If you’re playing with strangers, keep your social distance. Actions speak louder than words at this time.  Most importantly, simply try to enjoy being outdoors and stay safe!

Thank you for your continued support!
